TL;DR
Internal Audit MMAS Lead (Finance/Compliance): Planning and executing internal audits of Manufacturing Material & Assembly Standards (MMAS) across RMS sites with an accent on government compliance and stakeholder management. Focus on coordinating DCAA/DCMA audit activities, managing large-scale user system access, and ensuring adherence to US Government standards.
Location: Full-time Remote (USA)
Salary: $90,200 - $179,860

What you will do
- Lead and execute 3-4 internal MMAS audits annually across multiple sites on a rotating schedule.
- Manage system access provisioning and tracking for 300+ DCAA/DCMA users across SAP, NEAT, and other IT platforms.
- Coordinate closely with US Government stakeholders (DCAA/DCMA) and lead internal compliance reviews.
- Support Accounting Controls Assessments (ACAs) and the Accounting System Assessment Project (ASAP).
- Produce detailed audit reports, corrective action plans, and status updates for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government compliance, internal audit, or quality assurance within aerospace/defense environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MMAS standards and DCAA/DCMA audit requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale user access programs and IT systems (SAP, NEAT, MyAccess, AccessLM).
- Ability to travel up to 10% for on-site audits or stakeholder meetings.
Nice to have
- Certification in Internal Auditing (CIA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
- Experience with Sikorsky or other business units.
- Proficiency in data-visualization tools.
