Salary: $325,000 – $347,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop an enterprise data control plane to securely access and manage enterprise data for LLM use.
• Drive product strategy for safety controls, privacy features, access management, and API cost visibility.
• Build and improve data governance capabilities, including retention, encryption, audit logs, and lifecycle management.
• Lead development of access control models, identity flows (SSO/SAML, SCIM), and admin tooling.
• Oversee usage metering, cost dashboards, alerts, and predictable API cost experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in security, privacy, data infrastructure, or usage-based platform products.
• Strong understanding of data governance, access controls, and enterprise identity.
• Proven experience leading large, complex, highly technical cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems thinking and analytical skills for operating in high-risk, high-trust areas.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
