Salary: $120,000 – $193,725

What you will do

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for enterprise security products.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery including backlog, user stories, Agile ceremonies, and release planning.
• Integrate AI and automation into security workflows to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed secure-by-default capabilities into CI/CD and developer tools.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs for product performance, adoption, and compliance.
• Anticipate security threats and ensure long-term product resilience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital product management including discovery, roadmap, backlog, and Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and enterprise security architectures.
• Experience with KPIs/OKRs and data-driven product decisions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and policy-as-code.
• Proven collaboration across engineering, security, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring junior product managers.
• Knowledge of security tooling (SAST, DAST, IAM, vulnerability management).
• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
