Focus on developing technical SEO roadmap, partnering with web engineering on site speed and Core Web Vitals, owning site migrations, implementing structured data and schema markup, and managing international SEO with hreflang.

Location: Based in Warsaw office with office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in-office; Wed WFH; Fri depending on work and teams).

Salary: 18,333–20,333 PLN gross per month.

What you will do

• Develop and execute technical SEO roadmap prioritizing site architecture, crawlability, and indexation for global impact.
• Build and maintain SEO monitoring dashboards for crawl health and site performance visibility.
• Partner with web engineering to improve site speed and Core Web Vitals across marketing and product surfaces.
• Own technical requirements for site migrations and platform changes ensuring scalability.
• Implement advanced structured data and schema markup for better search features and LLM discovery coverage.
• Leverage AI tools for technical audits, crawl analysis, and efficient issue prioritization.
• Manage international technical SEO including hreflang and regional targeting.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical SEO experience managing complex enterprise websites.
• Deep understanding of crawl mechanics, indexation, and JavaScript rendering.
• Proven experience with structured data and tools like Screaming Frog, Botify, Google Search Console.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with international SEO and large-scale site migrations.
