What you will do

• Lead, hire, and grow a team of Solutions Architects for the SLED (State, Local, and Education) segment.
• Partner with Sales and other Field Engineering segments to increase revenue and ensure customer success.
• Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and manage the onboarding and enablement of pre-sales professionals.
• Guide the team through technical qualifications, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Establish external partnerships with systems integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• 8+ years of experience in the data space (data warehousing, big data, ML, or GenAI).
• Proven experience building and leading technical pre-sales or post-sales teams.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to technical executives for strategic data infrastructure decisions.
• Strong understanding of consumption-driven business models and growth strategies.
• Demonstrated architectural influence and ability to review complex, scalable architectures.
