Junior Support Engineer

TL;DR

Junior Support Engineer: Serve as a technical point of contact for customer and internal support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues with an accent on troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause identification. What you will do

• Serve as technical point of contact for customer and internal support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders throughout issue lifecycle
• Troubleshoot by reproducing errors, analyzing logs, and identifying root causes
• Collaborate with senior members, escalate complex issues, and route across teams
• Maintain documentation in ticketing system and contribute to knowledge base
• Support internal teams with data updates, simple reports, and on-call rotation

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Experience in technical support, customer service, or similar role
• Interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize with guidance
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and collaborate
