Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal (Must be based in Porto and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts)

What you will do

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with guests to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Manage reservations and handle guest communications efficiently.
• Support and coordinate daily operations across Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
• Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) and internal tools to manage tasks.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations to maintain service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Porto and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
