What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone.
• Manage inquiries across social media platforms including Facebook, App Store, and Google Reviews.
• Handle priority situations and proactively contact users and stores when necessary.
• Develop and implement processes to promote sustainable lifestyles among partners and consumers.
• Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions to encourage sustainable behavior.
• Relay customer needs and motivations to internal local and global teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
• Full written and verbal proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
• Must be based in Portugal.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry.
