What you will do
- Act as first-line support to solve customer technical queries via phone and email.
- Track, collate, and respond to customer issues within agreed timescales.
- Escalate complex cases to the Technical Support team in Portugal.
- Collaborate with Service Account Managers to help develop and retain customer accounts.
Requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in French.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday on shifts adjusted to Brasília time.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, and customer service procedures.
- Experience in Helpdesk, Call Centre, or Telecoms (GSM/VoIP) sectors.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of supporting GSM.
