Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (hybrid, at least 25% time in office)

Salary: $235,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Provide guidance and recommendations to GTM stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation using deep company financial knowledge
• Build financial models and drive analysis for revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk, and marketing spend
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, analyses, and forecasts highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align GTM with overall financial strategies
• Establish reporting dashboards and scorecards for key operational and financial metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills to synthesize data into insights and develop complex financial models
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication of complex financial info to non-finance audiences
• Comfort in fast-paced environment with bias for action and experience driving outcomes under tight timelines
• Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field

Nice to have

• Finance business partnership with Public Sector sales
• 3+ years strategic finance plus prior experience in PE/VC/consulting/IB
• Experience with consumption-based or complex business models
• Knowledge of GTM strategies including deal-desk management
• Background in AI, ML, or related technologies
