What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and manage the master preventive maintenance program across all facility systems
• Coordinate activities with infrastructure teams, vendors, and operations leadership
• Create and manage Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for accurate execution
• Track maintenance in real time, follow up on completion, and adjust for conflicts or risks
• Handle vendor onboarding, scheduling, and readiness including materials
• Maintain records for audit readiness and provide updates to leadership

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
• 5+ years in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or similar
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS platforms
• Strong coordination with vendors and technical teams
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in data centers or critical facilities preferred
