What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term colocation capacity strategies based on business growth forecasts.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, expansions, and new capacity acquisitions with global providers.
• Manage strategic provider relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, commercial obligations, and performance standards.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate deployment requirements into actionable power, space, and capacity plans.
• Define and report on commercial and operational KPIs to drive accountability and transparency.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support infrastructure sourcing and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data center commercial management, colocation strategy, or infrastructure capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of colocation commercial constructs, including leases, service orders, and contractual obligations.
• Technical literacy in colocation infrastructure, including power, cooling, and resiliency models.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial negotiations with colocation providers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, financial, legal, and procurement departments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
