Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 base plus a 15% bonus structure

What you will do

• Develop and execute external communications strategies to increase awareness of the platform, customer impact, and thought leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers across business and MarTech press.
• Lead proactive media outreach for company news, product launches, and executive commentary.
• Draft and edit high-quality press releases, messaging frameworks, media pitches, and executive talking points.
• Drive executive visibility through media interviews, speaking engagements, and contributed content.
• Manage PR agencies and external partners, overseeing scope, budget, and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in public relations, external communications, or corporate communications.
• Proven media relations success with existing relationships in business and technology press.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for media, executives, and thought leadership platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technology and product narratives for external audiences.
• Experience managing people and a track record of coaching and developing talent.
• Strong executive presence and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B enterprise software or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with DXP, personalization, CDP, digital asset management, or AI for marketing.
• Experience supporting major product announcements and industry events.
• Global communications experience across multiple markets.
