Salary: $185,390 - $277,700 per annum

What you will do

  • Define and scale UVM-based verification environments, driving reuse across IP and programs to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and SOC teams to influence specifications and reduce verification risk.
  • Manage globally distributed DV teams, fostering technical depth and developing future leaders.
  • Own DV schedules, risk assessment, and coverage closure to ensure transparent communication of tape-out readiness.
  • Review and resolve complex cross-program technical issues and escalations.
  • Engage with ecosystem partners such as JEDEC and IP vendors on interoperability and enablement.

Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of professional experience in design verification.
  • Expertise in SOC verification using UVM, SystemVerilog, and object-oriented programming.
  • Deep understanding of PCIe architectures and memory technologies (DDR, LPDDR, HBM).
  • Proven track record of owning complex subsystems and leading diverse, distributed teams.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
