What you will do

• Handle tenders for sales team and distributors: consolidate documents, prepare and submit responses.
• Track and report tenders, develop responses, and enhance distributor capabilities.
• Provide consultancy on radiotherapy solutions and strategic tender positioning.
• Prepare and convert quotes to orders in Salesforce CLM, focusing on Middle East and Africa.
• Update CLM records including accounts, shipments, meetings, and competitor data.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop business plans and support sales targets.
• Submit reports, ensure compliance with sales processes, safety, quality, and export sanctions.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and funding providers; attend events.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English essential.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Oncology discipline; Medical Physics degree highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years experience in radiotherapy field (Linac, OIS, TPS); knowledge of Brachy and Neuro advantageous.
• Clinical experience advantageous.
• Experience in quoting or tender management for capital medical equipment in Middle East, Africa, or Turkey advantageous.
• Understanding of Salesforce (CLM) or equivalent advantageous; highly developed analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, B2B management; willing to travel up to 15%.
