What you will do

• Lead the QA team in designing test procedures and automation strategies.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks and architecture within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.
• Oversee the entire QA process from pre-testing analysis to post-testing reports.
• Perform advanced API testing (REST, SOAP) and UI/E2E automation.
• Mentor and support QA Automation Engineers in technical tasks and evaluate their progress.
• Collaborate with designers to define quality parameters and identify process bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia (remote work is only available within the country due to taxation regulations).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and software testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in API testing (REST, SOAP) and E2E/UI automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• English: B2 (Upper intermediate) required.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
• Knowledge of German (B1).
• Experience with OWASP-based security integration testing.
