What you will do

• Monitor and triage security alerts across endpoint, identity, cloud, and internal systems.
• Support incident response by collecting logs and evidence and documenting timelines.
• Improve vulnerability management by validating findings and partnering with system owners on fixes.
• Contribute to the creation of security playbooks, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Conduct phishing investigations, access reviews, and asset inventory hygiene.
• Evaluate and strengthen the security of internal AI systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Foundational knowledge of incident response, alert triage, and endpoint security.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, NY, NC, OR, TX, VA, or WA.
• Familiarity with basic networking, operating systems, and cloud concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to scripting or automation with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with log analysis, SIEM tools, EDR tools, or SaaS administration.
