What you will do

• Perform manual operations on components and sub-assemblies.
• Execute basic fitting, nulling, deburring, and surface grinding tasks.
• Conduct bench testing, wire rating, and pressure testing.
• Utilize hand tools, gauges, winding machines, and measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment through 5S and TPM initiatives.
• Complete quality audits and achieve self-certification.

Requirements

• Reasonable standard of education.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tewkesbury, GBR.
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts (PM) and overtime when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude toward lean principles and continuous improvement.
