Location: Fully remote, can be based anywhere in Europe. Occasional travel within Europe.

What you will do

  • Define and refine demand-capture strategy, designing lead capture mechanics, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta in multiple markets.
  • Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for full-funnel visibility, attribution, and revenue impact analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights from data to guide channel priorities and marketing investments.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Growth role focused on B2B SaaS/MarTech customer acquisition.
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) driving qualified pipeline.
  • Expertise in full-funnel analytics, dashboards, attribution models, and A/B testing.
  • Fluent English + one of French, German, Spanish, Italian.
  • Based anywhere in Europe; able to travel occasionally within Europe.
  • Analytical mindset, team player, proactive with hands-on ownership.

Nice to have

  • AI tools for ad personalization or automation.
  • Influencer marketing or creator economy experience.
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) exposure.
