What you will do

• Independently lead growth initiatives across the full marketing funnel (acquisition, activation, retention).
• Own experiments end-to-end, define strategies, and build growth loops.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Design to optimize user journeys.
• Drive go-to-market strategies like for Brokerage Account.
• Report to Growth Lead with high autonomy and measurable impact.

Requirements

• 2–10 years in growth or marketing roles in B2C startups or high-growth scale-ups.
• Think in systems/frameworks, especially growth loops.
• Own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Data-driven mindset with clear success metrics.
• Thrive in ambiguity, fast-paced environments; prioritize ruthlessly (80/20, first principles).
• Experience running structured experimentation across growth funnel.
• Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration; promote growth culture.
• AI promoter using it to amplify execution.
