What you will do
- Lead mobile acquisition and performance marketing strategy to drive 150–300% growth in users and revenue.
- Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to enhance product features for users.
- Manage and grow a diverse team of 5+ specialists, ensuring operational and creative excellence.
- Drive global expansion to increase market share and maintain stability in core markets.
- Oversee and optimize marketing budgets for both core and emerging markets.
- Create high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with ownership of monthly marketing budgets of $1M+.
- Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets.
- Strong knowledge of performance channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, and CPA networks.
- Data-driven mindset with command of LTV, CPA, EROI, and retention metrics.
- Practical experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, and similar analytics platforms.
- English: B2+ level and Russian language proficiency required.
