What you will do

• Monitor, control, and improve 200mm semiconductor equipment.
• Solve the most difficult errors and tool failures as the primary tool owner.
• Perform and teach others how to perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Review Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and perform defect troubleshooting.
• Identify and optimize tool safety, quality, availability, throughput, and cost.
• Support the startup and installation of new equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Physics.
• Over 2 years of experience in Preventive & Corrective Maintenance or Equipment Engineering for metrology systems (e.g., PUMA, SP1, CDSEM).
• Experience in troubleshooting electromechanical optical systems and reading schematic diagrams.
• Expertise in root cause troubleshooting.
• Ability to train, mentor, and coach junior engineers and technicians.
• Location: Must be based in Austin, TX.
