What you will do

• Drive application excellence of the installed base through recipe setup, maintenance, and high utilization.
• Lead NPI engagement, including demonstrations at HMI and evaluations at customer sites.
• Develop use cases, perform detailed data analysis, and maintain a BKM (Best Known Method) library.
• Provide technical leadership through problem-solving, training, and presentations.
• Collaborate with account and marketing teams to align tool configurations with customer requirements.
• Handle emergency service calls and coordinate bug fixes and new features through the SO system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of SEM inspection experience, specifically in voltage-contrast use cases.
• Experience defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers and products.
• Proficiency in detailed data analysis and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in a demanding environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richardson, TX, and Hillsboro, OR.
