Senior Product Manager - API Platform (Fintech)

Location: hirify.global Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Own API platform and use-case roadmap, defining endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design, authentication, authorization, retries, and idempotency.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and drive delivery from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Sales, and Partnerships teams.
• Improve developer experience through documentation, sandbox environments, observability, and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years Product Management experience (L3), 5+ years (L4 Senior), 7+ years (L5)
• Strong experience on API-first or platform products.
• Comfortable reading/discussing technical designs and trade-offs.
• Experience defining APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Fintech, payments, FX, or financial infrastructure experience.
• REST APIs (GraphQL plus), OAuth 2.0, API keys, event-driven systems.
• Working with external developers or partners.
