Location: Richmond, VA, US (hybrid or flexible work options after first 90 days, travel to client sites). Relocation eligible.

What you will do
- Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal water/wastewater projects.
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and equipment recommendations.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, quality requirements, and coordinate discipline activities.
- Identify client interests, communicate concerns, provide business development support, and manage project changes.
- Supervise, mentor engineering staff, and review lower-level work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited program.
- Minimum 11 years related work experience.
- Active engineering registration/licensure for EOR requirements.
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records).
- No visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- PE license.
- Previous engineering consulting experience.
- Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades/expansions.
