Project Engineering Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and equipment recommendations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, quality requirements, and coordinate discipline activities.
• Identify client interests, communicate concerns, provide business development support, and manage project changes.
• Supervise, mentor engineering staff, and review lower-level work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited program.
• Minimum 11 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration/licensure for EOR requirements.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records).
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• PE license.
• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades/expansions.
