What you will do

• Shape and evolve product operating practices from strategy and discovery through to delivery and learning.
• Partner with Design to improve the connection between discovery, design intent, and delivery.
• Reduce silos between Product, Design, and Engineering by improving shared context and ways of working.
• Build and scale AI-driven systems, including prompt playbooks and automated reporting using tools like Claude.
• Design lightweight gating and review mechanisms to manage the volume of AI-generated ideas.
• Facilitate planning, review, and retrospective sessions focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations within a scaling product organization.
• Work authorization in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal is required.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, delivery, and outcome-based operating models.
• Strong systems thinking with a pragmatic bias for execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity without formal authority.
