What you will do

• Head the development of product strategy and translate it into aligned quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, and execution plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of six Senior and Staff Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to balance customer impact, feasibility, and long-term platform health.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to prioritize capabilities driving revenue, retention, and competitive differentiation.
• Codify PM craft across discovery and delivery to improve problem framing and success metrics.
• Drive coherence and consistency across historically siloed products.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in people management.
• Expertise in defining portfolio-level strategy and making trade-offs under uncertainty.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional executives in growth-stage organizations.
• Comfort operating in regulated, privacy-centric enterprise environments.
• Must be based in Ireland, Portugal, or the United Kingdom.
