What you will do

• Lead the 24x7 Distribution Control Room operations, maintaining full shift accountability for dispatch and outage response.
• Supervise Associate Distribution Operators and coordinate with contractors and field resources.
• Ensure strict compliance with PUCO regulations, CIP requirements, and internal safety procedures.
• Manage operational performance using KPIs to drive restoration efficiency and call quality.
• Act as the incident leader during storms, outages, and other emergency events.
• Oversee switching and tagging operations to ensure accurate system status management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in electric distribution operations or control room/dispatch environments.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in operational settings.
• Strong working knowledge of OMS and utility operational systems.
• Ability to maintain required qualifications, including TWIC and CIP certifications.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Availability for overnight shift work, including weekends and holidays.
