What you will do

• Construct, repair, remove, and maintain electric overhead and underground distribution systems.
• Perform pole setting, pole climbing, and stringing of lines.
• Execute cable splicing and operate specialized machinery to assist work efforts.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform critical repairs in all weather conditions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and precision standards during all field operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of distribution line experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Driver's License.
• Successful completion of EEI Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) test and company progression tests.
• Ability to pass a government background check for access to secured areas.
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts and respond to emergency calls.
