What you will do

• Lead and mentor Interior Designers and Operations Assistants, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure exceptional client experience from consultation to delivery.
• Drive studio sales and support team in achieving business objectives.
• Partner with Director, Design Studios on operations, reporting, recruiting, training, and development.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, scheduling, order accuracy, and client follow-up.
• Address client concerns, act as leader on duty, and delegate tasks for smooth operations.
