What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Provide architectural oversight across SaaS platforms, infrastructure, identity, data, and integrations.
• Lead the direction for workforce platforms, including hardware/software standards and management platforms like JAMF and Intune.
• Establish scalable patterns for data engineering and data lake strategy, ensuring robust data governance and quality.
• Partner with AI leaders to operationalize an AI-first approach, ensuring AI tools are securely and scalably integrated.
• Drive enterprise-wide software rationalization to reduce license sprawl and optimize vendor contracts.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise IT, with 5+ years in architecture leadership.
• Experience working within mid-sized, scaling organizations (500–2000 employees).
• Direct experience with endpoint management platforms such as Jamf and Intune.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, IAM, and data engineering architecture.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong executive communication skills and a systems-oriented thinking approach.

Nice to have

• Exposure to large language model ecosystems, such as Claude from Anthropic.
• Experience promoting Infrastructure-as-Code and advanced configuration management best practices.
