What you will do

• Personally execute end-to-end payroll processing, focusing primarily on Canada and the US.
• Administer global benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and wellness plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, provincial, state, and international payroll legislation.
• Optimize and manage payroll systems such as UKG, Workday, CloudPay, and ADP.
• Act as the main escalation point for payroll and benefits inquiries for global employees.
• Produce reporting and analytics for leadership, budgeting, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Manager role.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll (not just oversight).
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Payroll certification (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
