HR Associate

TL;DR

HR Associate (HR Operations): Delivering efficient, accurate, and customer-focused HR operational support across the employee lifecycle with an accent on transactional requests and pre-boarding. Focus on maintaining employee data, managing HR enquiries via ServiceNow, and collaborating with global teams to ensure a positive colleague experience.

Location: Hybrid (Mexico City) - Physical presence in the office at least 2 days per week is required.

What you will do

• Manage pre-boarding activities to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR enquiries and resolve requests via ServiceNow.
• Maintain accurate employee data to support compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Administer employee benefits and collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Colleague Experience processes and documentation.
• Monitor performance against team SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting HR transactional or operational activities.
• Working knowledge of HR operations and local statutory requirements.
• Strong Excel skills for data querying and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
• Must be based in Mexico City for hybrid office attendance.
