What you will do

• Design and deploy low-code/no-code AI agents and multi-step workflows using the Enterprise GPT Platform.
• Develop custom integrations and MCP servers to connect AI capabilities with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and internal APIs.
• Collaborate with business units to identify pain points and prototype AI-powered MVPs.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from discovery and design to rollout and optimization.
• Implement production LLM best practices, including prompt design, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
• Establish platform governance, security standards, and cost-monitoring telemetry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in production LLM development, including agent design and evaluation frameworks.
• Full-stack programming skills for both client-side and server-side development.
• Experience building custom integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping production software used by real customers.
• Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks (RBAC, SSO, OAuth) and business stacks (M365, Salesforce).

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Prior experience with the Enterprise GPT Platform.
