What you will do

• Design and deploy multi-step AI automation flows connecting LLM inference, CRM triggers, webhook events, and data transforms.
• Build full-stack integrations between LLM APIs and Salesforce, dynamically reading/writing CRM context into prompts and SFDC objects.
• Engineer prompt templates, few-shot frameworks, and output validation logic for business-quality AI responses.
• Develop LLM evaluation pipelines using RAGAS, TruLens, or equivalent to measure performance against business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to surface AI-driven insights via Tableau and Salesforce dashboards.
• Translate model outputs into interpretable business signals for revenue operations and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• Multi-step AI automation: build end-to-end workflows across systems without manual handoffs.
• Full-stack LLM + Salesforce integration: connect APIs to SFDC objects and flows.
• Prompt engineering & LLM evaluation: systematic prompt design, output validation, RAG quality.
• Knowledge-based AI & ontology design: structure entity types, relationships, semantic hierarchies.
