Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City; willingness to travel to customer sites in the US and internationally

What you will do

• Own product launches, including strategy, messaging, positioning, blogs, landing pages, and other key assets.
• Produce customer stories across video, long-form content, event talks, and photography.
• Create sales collateral such as one-pagers, solution briefs, battlecards, slide decks, and industry-specific materials.
• Build web content for product launches, industry campaigns, and enterprise use cases.
• Develop messaging, competitive narratives, and persona-specific frameworks.
• Partner with customers, sales, revenue marketing, growth, designers, and production agencies to distribute content and support sales.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing for technical products.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience creating customer stories, one-pagers, decks, and landing pages.
• Experience creating sales collateral and working closely with sales representatives.
• Ability to explain complex technical products through clear, benefit-driven messaging for different personas.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders and discuss technical topics with engineering leaders and developers.
• Highly organized, comfortable with rapid iteration, basic design sensibility, and willing to work hard.

Nice to have

• Ability to mock up or critique layouts while collaborating with designers.
• Experience managing production agencies for campaigns and content.
