IT Support Administrator (Industrial Solutions)

What you will do

• Provide daily technical support for end-users via Office 365, Intune, and HaloITSM, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Coordinate business project objectives, focusing on CRM, SharePoint, and other IT implementations.
• Perform network and server monitoring, backups, recovery, and patch management.
• Maintain computer inventory and create support documentation for the knowledge base.
• Conduct basic user training and ensure compliance with trained processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT field.
• 4+ years of work experience in an equivalent IT support position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Entra) and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN firewalls.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fortinet products.
• Basic understanding of Azure.
• Experience managing VoIP and IP phone systems (PBX support).
