What you will do

• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EN 9100 standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and act as a key advisor to Engineering and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by defining KPIs and implementing optimization initiatives.
• Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback and supporting performance objectives.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on quality system performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality department within the aerospace or defence industry.
• Hands-on experience with the full QMS cycle: quality plans, audits, and non-conformities management.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, EN 9100).
• English: B2 level required.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
