What you will do

• Lead the development of mild hybrid and hybrid powertrains for new and existing vehicle platforms.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and system integration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and system compatibility.
• Drive innovation in hybrid system efficiency through research and technological exploration.
• Oversee the design, validation, and industrialization of powertrain hardware, software, and calibrations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while fostering continuous growth within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Automotive Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in electrified powertrain system development.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid architectures and battery/motor integration.
• Experience managing engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
• High level of English and/or French required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with tools such as ETAS INCA, CONCERTO, CRETA, MATLAB, SIMULINK, CANalyzer, CAMEO, PUMA, OSIRIS, or INDICOM.
