What you will do

• Operate fixed-wing UAVs in manual, assisted, and autonomous modes across operational and test environments.
• Manage pre-flight planning, including airspace coordination, weather analysis, and risk assessment.
• Operate and maintain ground control stations (GCS), datalinks, and communication systems.
• Execute flight tests, adapting profiles and test points based on operational conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and field-level repairs on UAV systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to improve aircraft performance and mission workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience flying fixed-wing UAVs (multirotor experience is not sufficient).
• Valid UAV flight certifications A1, A2, A3, and Specific.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAV avionics, telemetry, electronics, and communication architectures.
• Familiarity with European airspace regulations and operational procedures.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility for frequent travel and deployments to operational zones.
