What you will do

• Develop and maintain hardware for IMS integrated motors.
• Design new and redesign existing electronic circuits, including schematics and layouts.
• Conduct detailed circuit analysis and optimize designs through simulation and component selection.
• Perform hands-on hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
• Create and review technical documentation, including product manuals, datasheets, and architecture.
• Define test and verification plans in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience.
• Proven experience with Altium Designer.
• Experience with electronic circuit technology, PCB/PCA manufacturing, and validation processes.
• Ability to write technical documents such as assembly instructions and analysis reports.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of motion control or robotics (motor types, feedbacks, controls).
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, CANOpen).
• Experience in Certification Processes (CE, UL, Safety).
• Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git, SVN).
