What you will do

• Develop and deploy the Operational Excellence strategy aligned with Division and site objectives.
• Drive sustainable short- and long-term performance improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Lead the development and deployment of standards, best practices, and training across the plant.
• Govern plant performance KPIs and ensure robust reporting.
• Improve productivity through the optimization of processes, flow, and organization.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or a Technical background.
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar operational excellence role.
• Managerial experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven successful Lean Enterprise deployment experience.
• FMCG manufacturing experience with high/low volume and high mix.
• Strong expertise in Lean methodologies including TPM, Standard Work, Kaizen, JIT, and RCO.
