What you will do
- Lead day-to-day operations of contract personnel supporting G-3 functions.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all contract-related matters.
- Provide oversight across planning, scheduling, and administrative support functions.
- Coordinate with Government leadership to address priorities and resolve issues.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of required reports, including monthly progress updates.
- Maintain workforce continuity, staffing adequacy, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or manpower analysis.
- At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience (military or corporate).
- Minimum 24 semester hours in mathematics, engineering, or quantitative analysis disciplines.
- Experience with Human Resources functions (timekeeping, workforce management, benefits).
- Must be available Monday–Friday during standard business hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting US Army or DoD organizations.
- Familiarity with MCoE, TRADOC, or G-3 operations.
- Experience implementing or managing Quality Control Plans (QCP).
- Background in strategic planning or operational scheduling tools.
