Task Order Project Manager

Task Order Project Manager (DoD IT): Managing all aspects of contract execution for TRDM enterprise reference data systems enhancing C2, logistics, transportation, deployment, and financial systems with an accent on compliance with PWS requirements, stakeholder communication, and resource optimization. Focus on leading contractor personnel across functional areas, delivering accurate reports on status, cost, risks, and performance, and resolving issues for mission success.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of contract execution for TRDM as primary point of contact for technical and management matters.
• Lead contractor personnel across functional areas and maintain the Contract Management Plan.
• Deliver reports on status, cost, staffing, risks, and performance while ensuring schedule adherence and resource optimization.
• Work closely with COR and Government stakeholders to support decision-making, issue resolution, and timely delivery of task order solutions.
• Assist Program Manager in coordinating with Government officials.

Requirements

• BS/BA or four additional years of related experience
• IAT Level II: Security+ CE and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
• Five years of relevant experience and five years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in IT/consulting
• Eligibility to work in the United States (E-Verify)
• Proven program/contract oversight, stakeholder communication, personnel/resource management, and compliance/risk control skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing DoD IT contracts in enterprise data or logistics systems.
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL frameworks.
• Understanding of RMF and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
