Senior Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead overall program execution, governance cadence, and stakeholder management.
• Manage transition-in activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity risk controls.
• Own deliverables management, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and scheduling.
• Coordinate across SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and hunting teams.
• Drive performance measurement via KPIs/SLAs and implement corrective actions.
• Manage financial controls (labor, travel, burn rate) and maintain the program risk register.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance may be required; must be Top Secret/SCI eligible.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Washington DC or Arizona.
• Active PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of program management experience (7 years security-related) OR Master’s degree with 7+ years experience (5 years security-related).
• Industry certification related to security and/or incident response (e.g., CEH, GIAC).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
