What you will do

• Lead capture strategy and technical solutioning for pursuits in your former mission area.
• Build client relationships, shape pipelines, and oversee program start-up and execution.
• Provide program-office insights, solution guidance, and red-team feedback for specific bids.
• Co-author technical sections of proposals and participate in customer briefings.
• Mentor emerging staff and integrate best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years directing federal programs or large technical initiatives (civilian or DoD).
• Demonstrated record of leading efforts with a budget and scope ≥ $50M.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to reinstate (TS/SCI welcomed).
• Proven ability to translate mission needs into actionable acquisition strategies.
• Strong professional network within target federal agencies and contracting communities.
