Principal Program Manager

What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for programs, ensuring alignment between clients, account teams, product, and fulfillment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data, analytics, technology, and consulting solutions per contracts and milestones.
• Develop program plans covering scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct client reviews, track KPIs, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure financial discipline, risk mitigation, and application of program management best practices.
• Track and report program performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 12 years in program/project management; proven experience with large complex programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Strong customer relationship, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, and technology solutions; experience with requirements gathering and team collaboration.
• Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility; willing to travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
