What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Guidewire applications including upgrades, patches, and business optimizations.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance challenges.
• Gather user requirements, complete design, development, testing, and debugging tasks in a team environment.
• Collaborate with team members, cross-functional partners, and DevOps for solution delivery and CI/CD support.
• Provide feedback to junior engineers, respond to support requests, and contribute to problem-solving and planning.
• Maintain documentation, adopt new technologies, and follow coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years experience with Guidewire application in analysis, development, and coding; Guidewire Cloud certified up to Olos Policy Center release.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript; Guidewire tools like PCF, Product Model, GX Models, Studio.
• Experience with web technologies, scripting, SDLC methodologies, troubleshooting Guidewire cloud apps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
