Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide clear, effective solutions to users.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including proactive account management and credit approvals.
• Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to communicate feature requests and tool enhancements.
• Work with industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems.
• Develop and expand support workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with Intercom or other professional chat support platforms.
