What you will do

  • Lead the programmatic and CTV ad operations team, overseeing trafficking, optimization, yield management, and reporting.
  • Develop advanced programmatic strategies across DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP) and SSPs to maximize client ROI.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaign setup, execution, and performance analysis for display, video, and CTV inventory.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships and ad tech partners for private marketplaces and open exchanges.
  • Drive innovation in CTV advertising, focusing on audience targeting, measurement, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Establish best practices for quality assurance, brand safety, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital ad operations, including 5+ years specializing in programmatic and CTV/OTT.
  • Proven leadership experience managing ad ops teams in an agency or high-volume environment.
  • Deep expertise with DSPs, SSPs (e.g., Magnite, PubMatic), and Google Ad Manager.
  • Strong analytical proficiency with tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Boston, MA.
